Catholic Project Manager – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist the CAS Catholic Strategist with various Catholic marketing and engagement initiatives.

• Propel projects independently during the Catholic Strategist's maternity leave from October to December 2026.

• Progress and report on defined Catholic marketing and engagement events, projects, and campaign milestones.

• Facilitate weekly meetings with the retained Catholic agency.

• Oversee the agency's work to ensure adherence to established project and campaign milestones and KPIs.

• Act as a liaison between the Catholic agency and internal marketing and distribution teams.

• Support partnerships with multiple organizations within the Catholic community.

• Monitor the content creation pipeline for Catholic ministry resources.

• Modify marketing messaging, language, and assets tailored to the Catholic audience.

• Manage sponsorship execution and represent the Come and See/The Chosen brand at Catholic events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an active practicing Catholic.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Proficient marketing skills.

• Previous experience with Catholic apostolates is essential.

• Knowledge of the Catholic Church's hierarchy, leaders, key organizations, and cultural figures involved in ministry.

• Must hold independent contractor status.

• Ability to represent the Come and See/The Chosen brand at Catholic events.

• Capacity to embody the organization’s culture and Christian beliefs.
