Casino Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with game suppliers.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new partners and negotiate commercial terms for product launches.

• Organize and coordinate collaborative promotions with game providers, which include game positioning, Free Spins (FS) initiatives, tournaments, Drops campaigns, and exclusive offers.

• Evaluate promotional outcomes and maintain reports on discounts received and campaign effectiveness.

• Plan, initiate, and oversee local and network tournaments across the company’s casino brands.

• Engage in launching new brands, which encompasses game lobby setup and technical configurations.

• Track game performance and modify technical parameters in accordance with each brand's current performance.

• Collaborate closely with game providers and internal teams to initiate promotional campaigns, negotiate commercial terms, and support the growth and performance of casino products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or related position within the iGaming sector.

• Practical experience with the SoftSwiss Casino Platform and SoftSwiss Game Aggregator.

• Background in working with game providers in Tier 1 markets.

• Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.

• Strong analytical capabilities and experience collaborating closely with an analytics team.

• Comprehensive understanding of essential product and financial metrics in the Casino/Game sector, including GGR, NGR, RTP, ATPU, ARPU, Lobby CTR, and Game Session Duration.

• Hands-on experience in setting up and launching tournament campaigns.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Experience with other casino platforms and game aggregators such as Soft2Bet, GBL, Alea, or Infingame.

• Familiarity with game providers in African markets.

• Experience in launching tailored Drops and Jackpot campaigns.

• Knowledge of game-related product features and gamification elements, such as Fortune Wheel, Lootbox, Missions, and Product Store.
