Casino Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the casino from start to finish

• Manage game launches, RTP configurations, limits, and availability

• Analyze performance metrics — GGR, hold, player behavior, and anomalies

• Handle payments and withdrawals — ensuring smooth processing and quick resolutions

• Utilize risk and fraud detection tools to identify abuse, exploitation, and suspicious activities

• Address player escalations, disputes, and unique cases

• Ensure promotions are executed correctly and yielding desired results

• Act as the primary liaison with platform providers and essential vendors

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), uphold controls, and address revenue leaks

• Take ownership of games, players, payments, risk management, and support

• Resolve operational challenges, investigate leaks, and address player issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience in casino backoffice operations — SoftGamings, EveryMatrix, Pragmatic Hub, or comparable platforms

• Direct experience with RTP configurations, promotional mechanics, withdrawals, and payment issues

• Proficient with cryptocurrency payments and related tools

• Experience in startups or lean iGaming environments — not limited to Tier-1 regulated settings

• Strong attention to detail

• A mindset of ownership and accountability

• Ability to work independently without requiring guidance
