Case Processing Manager, Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Deliver assistance to various initiatives undertaken by the project team on behalf of both the client and the company.

• Supervise the assigned ICSR personnel.

• Develop and uphold project-specific KPIs for contracted ICSR tasks.

• Enhance procedures, training, and other measures to boost the efficiency of the ICSR team.

• Suggest process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Oversee ICSR deviations with the support of the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Review trackers and timesheet data to ensure precision.

• Engage in ICSR processing and conduct secondary quality control of cases.

• Assist other departments as authorized and directed by the ICSR Operational Lead.

• Serve as the designated team subject matter expert and provide support to other SMEs.

• Assist the RA & PV Network Department as required.

• Function as LCPPV for the specified country and PRLS for the designated language, as agreed upon with the line manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or another healthcare-related qualification, or experience in pharmacovigilance.

• 5-6 years of professional experience in pharmacovigilance.

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

• Proficient delegation skills.

• Strong planning and time management capabilities.

• Technical proficiency.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
