Case Manager, Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee SEOC deliverables, reports, and the analysis of clinical and operational data.

• Track staff performance to ensure compliance and accountability.

• Assess provider details, including specialty and NPI.

• Confirm Veteran demographic data and authorization information.

• Examine approved service codes to ensure they align with authorized care.

• Clarify SEOC narrative requirements, referral restrictions, and follow-up care protocols.

• Generate reports, presentations, and white papers.

• Facilitate meetings and workgroups.

• Serve as a Remote Registered Nurse Case Manager supporting the VA Office of Veterans Community Care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) obtained from an accredited nursing program.

• Possession of a current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.

• Experience at the Nurse III/IV level.

• At least three (3) years of RN Case Manager experience.

• Sponsorship is not available.

• Must have resided continuously in the United States for the past three (3) years before being appointed at a federal facility.

• Capability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulder level during the work shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist height.

• Capacity to lift up to 20 lbs.

• Ability to carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance.

• Proficiency in pushing/pulling with up to 30 lbs of force.
