Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Facilitate introductions for case management.

• Ensure that clients receive appropriate medical treatment or meet other requirements.

• Perform regular check-ins with clients to provide updates and collect information.

• Efficiently track the progress of cases.

• Meticulously document interactions with clients and properly organize files and reports.

• Monitor critical deadlines and necessary follow-ups.

• Inform and update all relevant stakeholders.

• Collect and deliver essential information from medical providers.

• Follow up regarding liability matters and policy limits.

• Engage in communication with insurance companies, government agencies, and USCIS.

• Prepare and dispatch MedPay demands as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm, specifically focusing on Personal Injury (PI) and Immigration cases.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. Personal Injury and Immigration legal processes, as well as case management.

• Background in customer service and sales is highly advantageous.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 or higher).

• Outstanding prioritization and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage confidential information with care.

• Bachelor's degree in law is preferred.

• Must be a permanent resident of Latin America.

• Must possess a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
