Case Management Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a personal caseload of ongoing life insurance applications, overseeing the process from application creation and dispatch to the client through to underwriting completion.

• Request and secure underwriting requirements from clients.

• Assess underwriting decisions and identify potential better options for clients.

• Gain expertise in carrier workflows, application and underwriting processes, as well as the necessary software systems.

• Work collaboratively on cross-departmental projects alongside sales, customer service, customer success, and quality assurance teams.

• Guarantee a smooth and transparent experience for customers.

• Enhance operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to pursue a life insurance license.

• Over 1 year of experience in life insurance case management.

• A customer-focused approach.

• Strong communication skills coupled with effective listening abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability and readiness to offer and accept constructive feedback.

• Proficient in organizing and prioritizing workload effectively.

• Aptitude for processing, issuing, and placing each case promptly.

• A teamwork-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership regarding both personal and team success.

• Consistent, accurate, and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• A positive outlook.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

• A genuine passion for assisting clients.

• A bachelor’s degree is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A life insurance agent or broker license is a plus but not required.
