This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide assistance to the Carrier Relations team and manage the SharePoint database.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with care and discretion.
• Support the review and management of the carrier requests workflow using SharePoint.
• Process new market requests on AlliantNet, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and assign markets to the relevant Managing Director.
• Route approved new markets for departmental approvals and Helpdesk/AMS setup.
• Oversee and maintain the Carrier Approval Directory.
• Assist with M&A book evaluations and company vetting by researching A.M. Best ratings, verifying approved Alliant markets, and conducting Epic company lookups.
• Facilitate contract reviews among the Business, Carrier Relations, and Legal teams.
• Process and track contract redlines, finalizing mutually agreed changes for execution.
• Develop, coordinate, and rebrand SharePoint datasheets for the needs of Carrier Relations and acquired companies or Leveraged Hires.
• Maintain tracking of Producer Codes for both new and existing office locations.
• Keep Carrier Relations procedures documentation updated and offer insights for workflow improvements.
• Utilize Epic to identify suitable Producer/Account Manager contacts and verify active Alliant markets and existing codes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) or more years of related work experience.
• One (1) or more years of experience utilizing SharePoint.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
