This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in realistic one-on-one career coaching discussions with fellow professionals.

• Role-play common scenarios encountered in career coaching, such as career planning, job searches, interviews, professional growth, and career transitions.

• Offer practical, insightful, and constructive advice drawn from real-life coaching experiences.

• Exhibit strong active listening, questioning, communication, and interpersonal skills throughout coaching sessions.

• Tailor discussions to accommodate varying career objectives, professional histories, and individual requirements.

• Adhere to project guidelines to ensure that conversations feel authentic, professional, and reflective of genuine career coaching engagements.

• Contribute to a client's initiative aimed at improving professional and career development resources.

• Assist in training the next generation of AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional background as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, Career Advisor, Professional Coach, or a related position (preferred).

• Several years of practical experience in career coaching, counseling, mentoring, or professional development is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Capability to conduct natural, engaging, and supportive one-on-one coaching conversations.

• Experience in aiding individuals with career planning, job searches, interviews, workplace challenges, or career transitions.

• Comfortable working remotely and engaging in paired conversation sessions.

• No previous experience in AI is necessary.
