This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver practical assistance and companionship to senior adults in their residences.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Aid with personal care and morning routines.
• Provide prompts/support for medication as necessary.
• Assist with mobility and ensure safe transfers.
• Prepare breakfast and perform light household chores.
• Travel consistently and reliably between client visits.
• Work Sunday morning shifts with a minimum visit duration of one hour.
• Develop authentic, person-centered relationships with clients.
• Complete induction, shadowing, training, and necessary recruitment checks.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
• Must be compassionate and dependable.
• Residence within the immediate service area is essential.
• Ability to travel reliably between client visits.
• Availability for consistent Sunday morning shifts is necessary.
• Capability to undergo safer recruitment checks, including DBS, references, and Right to Work verifications.
• Ability to assist with personal care, mobility, medication reminders, breakfast preparation, and light household tasks.
• Paid training from the first day of employment.
