This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage directly with patients through inbound calls to facilitate their connection to mental health services.
• Gather information regarding patient preferences and needs, escalating to a Care Navigator as necessary.
• Conduct informed discussions with patients to identify care requirements and assist them throughout their care journey.
• Collaborate with providers through inbound calls to link patients to mental health resources and address any referral submission concerns.
• Handle incoming calls from case managers to create referrals and support patients in accessing care.
• Document interactions with both patients and providers.
• Utilize Quartet’s technology, tools, messaging, and workflows effectively.
• Assist with administrative tasks for the Care Navigation team.
• Develop a solid understanding of Quartet’s products to direct patients to suitable care options.
• Leverage knowledge of workflows and market specifics to aid patients and providers.
• Meet performance and output expectations set by the team.
• Timely respond to a designated number of patient and provider calls each day.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while linking patients and providers to care or resolving issues during calls.
• Identify and communicate patient needs to Care Navigators, Clinicians, Network Success Managers, or Provider Support Specialists.
• Relay patient treatment needs and preferences to the patient’s Care Navigator.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance patient outcomes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an inbound call center and/or as an administrative assistant.
• Openness and adaptability to quick tactical changes based on engagement insights.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and care when interacting with patients facing behavioral health challenges.
• Strong critical thinking abilities; organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing tasks in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Proficient in Google Suite applications.
• A quiet, confidential, and secure workspace is essential.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
• Experience in customer care or care coordination is preferred; a background in mental healthcare is advantageous.
• An Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in foreign languages, particularly Spanish and Portuguese, is a plus.
• Familiarity with SalesForce is beneficial.
• Must adhere to NeuroFlow’s Information Security Policies.
• Capability to safeguard organizational assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, or interference.
• Ability to report security incidents or other potential risks to the organization.
• Must execute organizational security processes and responsibilities effectively as communicated for the role.
• Must take responsibility for actions relating to organizational security.
• Part-time schedule available between 9am and 6pm EST.
