Care Management Support Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team to provide support for members and various projects

• Achieve objectives that influence outcomes

• Assist in facilitating care for members

• Complete formal education or post-graduation apprenticeship tasks

• Interpret departmental policies and procedures for task completion

• Recognize work expectations and quality standards within set guidelines

• Organize and prioritize work with some degree of independent judgment

• Participate in occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a transitioning service member eligible for the DOW SkillBridge program or a military spouse qualified for the military spouse fellowship

• Must be a resident of South Carolina

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Competence in healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems

• Must qualify for participation in DOW-sponsored programs

• Minimum internet speed requirement of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload

• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information
