This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for member inquiries via phone, chat, and various communication methods.
• Assist with intricate scheduling and care coordination processes, encompassing clinical services, specialty services, follow-up requirements, and escalated member issues.
• Assess urgent requests, significant flags, and high-priority member concerns using established workflows and escalation procedures.
• Foster trust with members through empathetic communication, consistent follow-through, and effective problem-solving.
• Collaborate closely with clinical providers, operations teams, and external partners to ensure seamless and safe care delivery.
• Thoroughly document member interactions in compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
• Recognize recurring member challenges, workflow inefficiencies, or opportunities for simplification and communicate insights to leadership.
• Engage in team training, huddles, and performance reviews while staying updated on workflows, policies, and product changes.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, patient/member support, care coordination, scheduling, call center support, or a similar high-touch service role.
• Proficient in supporting members through phone, chat, or comparable communication channels.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to convey information clearly and with compassion.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation practices, and accountability.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, adhere to workflows, and prioritize urgent or sensitive requests.
• Comfortable using technology, including Google Workspace, scheduling tools, ticketing systems, EHRs, CRMs, or similar platforms.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
