This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide compassionate and tailored service to assist each member on their individual therapy journey.
• Aid members in understanding their choices, overcoming obstacles, and advocating for essential adjustments and services in their care.
• Oversee both new and existing therapy cases, ensuring meticulous documentation and collaboration with providers, pharmacies, and internal teams.
• Track therapy progress and prioritize member requirements while managing both inbound and outbound communication and casework.
• Address inquiries swiftly and accurately, utilizing critical thinking to resolve complex issues.
• Anticipate potential challenges and adjust to the evolving needs of members.
• Maintain transparent and proactive communication with members, providers, and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships and ensure member satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in care coordination, member advocacy, or similar roles.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience; case management experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Experience in a call center is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and dynamic team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing work conditions, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• A genuine passion for enhancing healthcare and assisting individuals, with a proven track record in a related role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain the VIVIO Health program and its advantages.
• Dependability, accountability, and a commitment to continuous performance improvement.
• Keen attention to detail.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability for a full-time position between 11:00 AM–8:00 PM ET or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM ET.
• Willingness to participate in 3 weeks of training: 2 weeks virtual and 1 week in-person in Hayward, CA.
• Capacity to travel onsite for training and collaboration in Hayward, CA.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
