This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.
β’ Respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls, adhering to established protocols to prioritize and dispatch appropriate responses.
β’ Deliver empathetic customer assistance utilizing both scripted and non-scripted communication methods.
β’ Oversee a substantial number of medical alerts and alarms, providing genuine support in potentially high-pressure scenarios.
β’ Accurately document call details, dispatches, and messages in a real-time database while maintaining focus and precision.
β’ Engage with empathy, respect, and patience to guarantee a positive experience for members.
β’ Confirm and update customer information in the system to ensure records are current and precise.
β’ Diagnose alarm system issues and report them to facilitate timely maintenance.
β’ Actively inquire about and suggest preventative healthcare services to members.
β’ Control access to highly sensitive information while upholding strict confidentiality.
β’ Effectively communicate and type simultaneously while managing multiple screens and systems.
β’ Successfully complete the new hire training program and pass all required compliance assessments.
β’ Carry out additional assigned duties as necessary.
β’ Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Ability to maintain composure and empathy in high-pressure situations.
β’ Self-driven with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
β’ Proficient typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
β’ Experience with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred.
β’ Ability to efficiently switch between multiple screens and systems.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
β’ High School Diploma or GED is required.
β’ 0β1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a contact center or healthcare environment.
β’ Availability to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as necessary.
β’ Minimum internet speeds of 50Mbps download and 25Mbps upload are required.
β’ Must successfully complete the new hire training program and pass all required compliance assessments.
β’ Must reside in one of the specified eligible U.S. states.
β’ Capability to meet physical demands, including extended periods of sitting, frequent use of telephone/headset/computer, data entry, occasional standing and walking, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
