This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +29 more states.
β’ Respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls, adhering to established protocols to prioritize and dispatch responses effectively.
β’ Deliver empathetic customer support utilizing both scripted and unscripted responses.
β’ Oversee a substantial volume of medical alerts and alarms, providing sincere care in potentially high-pressure circumstances.
β’ Accurately document call details, dispatches, and messages in a database in real-time while maintaining concentration and precision.
β’ Engage in communication with empathy, respect, and patience to guarantee a positive experience for members.
β’ Verify and refresh customer information within the system to maintain accurate records.
β’ Diagnose alarm system issues and report them to ensure prompt maintenance.
β’ Proactively ask about and suggest preventative healthcare services to members.
β’ Manage access to sensitive materials and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
β’ Speak and type simultaneously while efficiently navigating multiple screens and systems.
β’ Successfully complete initial training and pass all mandatory compliance assessments.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
β’ Capacity to remain calm and empathetic in high-stress situations.
β’ Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
β’ Proficient typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
β’ Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred.
β’ Ability to efficiently switch between multiple screens and systems.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
β’ High School Diploma or GED is required.
β’ 0β1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a contact center or healthcare environment.
β’ Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as required.
β’ Minimum internet speeds of 50Mbps download and 25Mbps upload are essential.
β’ Must successfully complete initial training and pass all required compliance assessments.
β’ Ability to meet the physical demands of prolonged sitting, frequent use of telephone/headset/computer, data entry, occasional standing and walking, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
