Care Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver care to clients in Northwich and the neighboring regions.

• Assist clients with everyday activities, companionship, and household support.

• Provide personal support to clients as needed.

• Aid clients in traveling to routine appointments and outings.

• Encourage and assist clients in taking their medication.

• Develop supportive relationships with clients and their families.

• Document all completed tasks appropriately.

• Offer feedback to ensure ongoing person-centered care.

• Participate in calls lasting at least one hour.

• Work various shifts, including alternate weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in or around Northwich, Knutsford, Tarporley, Holmes Chapel, or Sandbach.

• Must live within a 15-mile radius of Northwich.

• Hold a full UK driving license.

• Have access to a personal vehicle or transport.

• Possess the right to work in the UK.

• Willingness to travel 100% of the time.

• Demonstrate a caring disposition.

• Exhibit excellent communication skills.

• Be eager to make a positive impact.

• Maintain a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to collaborate as part of a team or work independently.

• Possess excellent time management skills.

• Availability for alternate weekends.

• No previous care experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
