Care Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver personal care and support with daily living activities for clients of Home Instead.

• Aid clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.

• Assist with meal preparation as needed.

• Provide help to clients with their medication.

• Participate in social activities and offer companionship to clients.

• Ensure a clean and safe living environment for clients.

• Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health status.

• Keep accurate records of the care provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a personal vehicle and a valid UK driving licence.

• Willingness to complete a DBS check.

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential.

• Strong communication skills and a caring disposition.

• Reliability, patience, and empathy are crucial attributes.

• Drivers are preferred, as many clients require transportation to appointments.

• Must be available to work in and around Norwich.

• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

• Previous experience in care is not essential; compassion and reliability are the primary focus.

• The employer does not possess a sponsorship licence.
