Care Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in maintaining their safety, happiness, and independence within their homes.

• Conduct home visits to deliver services that enhance quality of life.

• Offer companionship and foster meaningful social interactions.

• Accompany clients to appointments and social gatherings.

• Prepare meals and carry out light housekeeping duties.

• Aid clients with shopping tasks.

• Provide personal care, which includes assistance with washing and dressing.

• Support clients with their medication needs.

• Ensure positive relationships with clients and maintain continuity of care.

• Collaborate with office staff and client supervisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must be based in the UK.

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.

• Must be a driver with access to a personal vehicle.

• A valid UK driving licence is mandatory.

• An own vehicle with business class 1 insurance is needed.

• Right to work in the UK is essential.

• Candidates should be kind, compassionate, reliable, committed, and person-centred.

• Must possess honesty, warmth, and friendliness.

• Strong communication skills are required.

• Excellent organizational skills along with good time management abilities are necessary.

• Availability for a minimum of 16 hours per week, up to full-time hours, including 2 evenings and every other weekend.

• No specific qualifications are required.

• Sponsorship is not available.
