Care Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in maintaining their safety, happiness, and independence within their own homes.

• Conduct home visits to deliver services that enhance the quality of life.

• Offer companionship and foster meaningful social interactions.

• Accompany clients to appointments and social gatherings.

• Prepare meals and undertake light housekeeping tasks.

• Aid clients with shopping activities.

• Provide personal care, which includes assistance with washing, dressing, and medication management.

• Work scheduled shifts that encompass two evenings and every other weekend.

• Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure continuity of care.

• Applicants must be based in the UK.

• Minimum age requirement is 18.

• Must be a driver with access to a personal vehicle.

• Must possess the right to work in the UK.

• A valid UK driving licence is mandatory.

• Ownership of a vehicle is necessary.

• Business class 1 insurance is required.

• Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, committed, and focused on the individual’s needs.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Excellent organizational skills are required.

• Proficient time management abilities are a must.
