This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage member relationships by providing education about Progyny and their tailored benefits.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new members by collecting demographic data, verifying eligibility, and offering comprehensive benefit information.
• Provide concierge-level support to members through phone, email, and secure messaging channels.
• Address member inquiries with empathy and precision.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve intricate inquiries, escalations, and member concerns.
• Act as a liaison between members and fertility clinics, including scheduling appointments and coordinating care.
• Keep accurate records and oversee member cases.
• Engage in continuous learning and development while contributing to ongoing improvements.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center setting, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or patient services.
• Familiarity with the fertility and women’s health sectors, encompassing common procedures and patient care pathways.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Capability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution capabilities.
• Proficient in prioritizing multiple tasks and managing various workflows in a dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable working autonomously and exercising sound judgment.
• Availability to work a shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST.
• Must reside in the United States.
