This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Propel sales within the designated territory.

• Interact with customers both in-person and virtually.

• Create and execute business and territory call strategies.

• Discover and apply live and virtual customer engagement techniques.

• Cultivate rapport and foster relationships with customers in both live and virtual settings.

• Utilize digital tools to ensure ongoing customer engagement.

• Leverage internal analytics and reports to pinpoint, develop, and execute strategic business opportunities.

• Inform providers about the value propositions of both unbranded and branded products for pertinent patient populations.

• Compliantly utilize sanctioned disease-state information and patient resources.

• Collaborate across the organization to resolve customer inquiries and further Pfizer objectives.

• Fulfill administrative responsibilities punctually and in accordance with compliance standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience in one or more relevant areas OR an Associate’s degree with over 6 years of experience OR a High School diploma (or equivalent) with over 8 years of pertinent experience.

• Relevant experience includes professional sales or promotional activities; small business ownership or entrepreneurial ventures; marketing; customer service and/or account management; pertinent healthcare/scientific roles; educator positions; or full-time military service.

• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory boundary.

• Valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.

• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.

• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.

• Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer.

• 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical marketing is preferred.

• A proven record of success in sales or marketing is preferred.

• Strong territory management abilities are preferred.

• Familiarity with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products is preferred.

• Knowledge of local territory customers and markets is preferred.

• Residing within the territory boundaries is preferred.
