This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement business strategies for the territory to enhance Flyrcado's market share.

• Collaborate with hospitals, imaging centers, cardiac facilities, mobile imaging services, DOD, and VA establishments to promote Flyrcado.

• Assess local customers, payers, competitors, and stakeholders to meet access and sales objectives.

• Meet quarterly and annual operating plans, as well as customer satisfaction and retention benchmarks.

• Position Flyrcado effectively through clinical knowledge, marketing resources, and educational initiatives.

• Provide guidance to imaging centers and cardiologists regarding the implementation of cardiac PET, equipment, workflows, and market navigation.

• Foster relationships with referring cardiologists and influence their decision-making to boost Flyrcado's visibility and usage.

• Prioritize projects and opportunities by utilizing performance dashboards and actionable sales insights.

• Work closely with market access teams to implement and ensure satisfaction with payer contracts.

• Partner with pharmacy channel associates and GE PDx Application Specialists for product delivery and educational purposes.

• Engage in pre-call planning, in-call questioning, virtual selling, cold calling, and face-to-face customer meetings.

• Formulate pricing strategies, negotiate prices, manage contracts, and ensure pricing compliance.

• Predict territory orders and sales, while providing weekly progress updates.

• Represent GE HealthCare at healthcare conferences and seminars.

• Drive overall GE HealthCare business where applicable.

• Foster an ethical and compliant culture while adhering to regulatory standards.

• Complete additional projects and initiatives as needed.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or certification from the NMTCB or AART.

• Over 5 years of sales experience in a healthcare setting, including contracting and engaging with physicians and office personnel.

• Demonstrated success in sales, including the development, organization, and execution of territory plans.

• Proven ability to meet and surpass sales targets.

• Experience in penetrating new accounts and markets, as well as competing through prospecting, lead qualification, sales, and negotiations.

• Willingness to reside within the territory.

• Availability for at least 30% overnight travel based on business requirements, including some weekends.

• Experience leading in a complex, matrixed environment and managing large accounts is preferred.

• Knowledge of Nuclear Medicine and the Nuclear Cardiac Industry is desirable.

• Experience with product launches and P&T Committees is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, verbal, presentation, and writing skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Capability to mentor less experienced CPAMs and oversee special projects.

• Analytical skills to utilize internal reporting for managing account plans and identifying growth patterns and opportunities.

• Ability to apply both traditional and nontraditional problem-solving techniques.

• Talent for establishing rapport and relationships with colleagues and external contacts, including MDs and office staff.

• Competence in achieving objectives while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
