This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Target healthcare professionals across various disciplines, including IDN/health systems, group practice accounts, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Implement the sales strategy for Vyndamax according to approved indications and raise awareness about ATTR-CM.
• Report directly to the Area Business Manager.
• Create comprehensive sales business plans and collaborate with customer-facing colleagues to meet or exceed target sales and account objectives.
• Assess customer opportunities and projects utilizing available data and stakeholder feedback.
• Establish territory business objectives and set performance metrics that align with brand goals.
• Maintain up-to-date customer profiles, plans, and datasets using company planning tools.
• Review and enhance call planning based on specific local territory conditions.
• Employ advanced selling techniques and approved brand messaging to meet sales targets.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of ATTR-CM, associated diagnostic procedures, diseases, and the clinical profile of Vyndamax.
• Educate customers about ATTR-CM, diagnostic procedures, patient identification, and treatment options.
• Implement approved marketing educational initiatives and present compliant, authorized materials.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams, subject matter experts, and Rare Disease ROC members.
• Collect customer insights, analyze market/customer data, and identify business opportunities and challenges.
• Provide local and customer-specific insights to headquarters teams.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to team best practices.
• Ensure compliant use of promotional materials and sales activities.
• Adhere to Pfizer's policies, procedures, and business conduct standards.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of prior experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Proven ability to formulate, develop, articulate, and monitor the execution of Territory business plans.
• A demonstrated history of strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using market/customer insights to guide sales planning and execution.
• Established history of evaluating customer (Account and/or HCP) needs and providing relevant tools/resources to enhance performance.
• Consistently adheres to and supports company policies.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
