Captioned Media Processing Assistant – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Receive and assess media links sent electronically by faculty for captioning.

• Process media via specified online platforms in accordance with established protocols.

• Forward media to a third-party vendor for captioning services.

• Keep precise records of submissions utilizing a tracking spreadsheet.

• Generally process submissions within 1–2 business days after receipt.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Two years of administrative experience.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Capability to work independently.

• No previous captioning experience is necessary.
