This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert intricate customer business needs into effective business solutions.
• Cultivate enduring relationships with customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions.
• Oversee business process analysis, software installation, configuration, training, and client management.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, co-creation workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Document requirements for the capital planning process and factors contributing to project success.
• Create and manage project plans, milestones, communications, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Formulate project plans, conduct meetings and reporting, follow up on tasks, identify risks, and maintain focus on priorities, timelines, and budgets.
• Assist clients in modifying processes to enhance product ROI.
• Lead projects involving core and transactional data migration, including mapping, importing, and analyzing errors/warnings.
• Develop agendas, document project progress, action items, process flows, and reports.
• Educate customers on solution operation and capital planning processes.
• Lay the groundwork for customer success following engagements.
• Support presales needs analysis, project scoping, and pricing strategies.
• Identify opportunities for change requests and promote additional resources/services.
• Serve as a product expert and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Gordian’s project methodology while utilizing Fortive Business System tools.
• Monitor billable hours, time, expenses, revenue forecasts, and resource forecasts.
• Achieve a delivery rate of at least 70%–80% billable hours.
• Travel for in-person customer meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture or Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science) or equivalent experience in facilities and data analytics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in translating customer business needs into solutions and presenting these to stakeholders.
• Experience in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, comprehending client processes, and integrating software with workflows.
• Familiarity with all stages of a client software implementation lifecycle, including initial needs assessment, project administration, software configuration, onsite training, troubleshooting, and ongoing account management.
• Proven experience in implementing software and supporting clients; managing multiple clients, breaking projects into manageable tasks, estimating effort, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Comprehensive understanding of data manipulation and analysis for migrations and report/visual creation.
• Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects and manage workload and calendar.
• Experience in managing timelines, developing and executing project plans, and achieving billable utilization targets.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to instruct or speak to audiences.
• Results-oriented with a proven history of meeting commitments.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of a major international airport.
• Willingness to travel 25%–40% of the time.
• Additional experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Facilities Management is highly desirable.
• Experience with SQL, SSIS, or similar data manipulation and workflow tools is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in hosting technical or software training is also highly desirable.
• Previous involvement in pre-sales activities is an added advantage.
