This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster enduring relationships with customers.

• Act as the primary contact for clients and oversee overall engagements.

• Conduct business process analysis, software installation, configuration, training, and client management.

• Facilitate discovery sessions, co-creation workshops, and stakeholder interviews to comprehend and document capital planning requirements and project success criteria.

• Create and oversee project plans, milestones, communication strategies, and risk mitigation for implementations.

• Establish project objectives, reporting structures, meeting schedules, communication plans, task follow-ups, risk assessments, contingency strategies, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.

• Assist clients in refining processes to enhance product ROI.

• Manage core and transactional data migration projects, including mapping, importing, and analyzing errors/warnings.

• Prepare agendas, document project progress, outline action items, create process flows, and generate reports.

• Educate customers on solution operation and capital planning processes.

• Build a foundation for post-engagement customer success.

• Support presale meetings and conference calls to identify needs, scope, and pricing.

• Spot change request opportunities and promote additional resources/services to boost revenue.

• Become a subject matter expert on the product and apply best practices to meet customer objectives.

• Ensure compliance with Gordian’s project methodology and utilize Fortive Business System tools.

• Monitor billable hours, time, expenses, revenue forecasts, and resource projections.

• Achieve at least 70%–80% billable hours.

• Travel 25%–40% of the time for face-to-face client visits.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Architecture or Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science) or equivalent experience in facilities and data analytics.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in converting customer business requirements into solutions and presenting those solutions to stakeholders.

• Proficiency in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, understanding client processes, and integrating software and workflows.

• Experience with all stages of a client software implementation lifecycle, including initial needs assessment, project management, software configuration, onsite training, troubleshooting, and ongoing account management.

• Proven experience in implementing software and supporting clients while managing multiple accounts, breaking projects into tasks, estimating efforts, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

• Comprehensive understanding of data manipulation and analysis for data migrations and report/visual development.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and organize one’s own schedule effectively.

• Experience in managing timelines, creating and executing project plans, and achieving billable utilization targets.

• Self-driven learning attitude, commitment to continuous improvement, and keen attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to instruct and address an audience.

• Results-oriented mindset with a proven history of meeting commitments.

• Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.

• Willingness to travel 25%–40% of the time for in-person client meetings.

• Must reside within 45 minutes of a major international airport.

• Strongly preferred, but not mandatory: experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Facilities Management.

• Strongly preferred, but not mandatory: experience with SQL, SSIS, or similar data manipulation and workflow tools.

• Strongly preferred, but not mandatory: experience in hosting technical or software training.

• Strongly preferred, but not mandatory: previous participation in pre-sales activities.
