Capacity Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage daily operations with Coalition’s insurance and reinsurance carrier partners.

• Ensure effective communication and data exchange with external carrier partners.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address the needs of carrier partners.

• Assist with regular audits, due diligence processes, and compliance requirements from carrier partners.

• Oversee the drafting and review of legal documents and contract language in conjunction with Coalition's legal team and carrier partners.

• Guarantee adherence to carrier contracts and guidelines.

• Engage with strategic brokerage partners that facilitate capacity relationships.

• Guide internal product development initiatives to support carrier partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in reinsurance or equivalent experience at an insurance carrier or Managing General Agent (MGA).

• Strong skills in organization and project management.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Self-driven and motivated.

• Operational experience or a background in legal contract language is advantageous.
