Campaign Account Support Specialist – Level 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Cultivate positive relationships with internal teams and partners.

• Oversee fulfillment for Direct to Rep Programs across various brands.

• Manage print and field asset organization for consumer programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Direct print distribution, quantity planning, and direct mail initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and launches.

• Facilitate team meetings, create operational reports, and monitor program performance against KPIs.

• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and distribution teams on product launches, CRM setup, and inventory management.

• Handle vendor relationships, program escalations, and reporting to stakeholders.

• Ensure asset re-reviews comply with FUSE approval and regulatory standards.

• Manage help desk tickets, FUSE Field Mobile updates, and compliance tools.

• Supervise My Rep Center, warehouse systems, and special shipments, including rework projects.

• Align logistics, literature codes, and brand codes with distribution and field operations teams.

• Oversee convention orders, manifests, and National Sales Meeting material distribution.

• Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and implement improvements in processes.

• Conduct monthly inventory review meetings and assess inventory reports and dashboard metrics.

• Forecast and plan quantities for initial orders and replenishments based on usage.

• Manage material destructions and re-reviews.

• Suggest literature replenishment quantities based on forecasting reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in Fulfillment operations (DM, DTP, and DTR) project implementations.

• Experience in managing at least 3 implementations concurrently.

• High-Speed Cable Internet or Fiber Optic Cable required for at-home work.

• Ability to attend and participate in the yearly NSM and/or offsite launch meetings as necessary.

• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing priorities at the same time.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry within fulfillment operations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in a team-oriented environment.

• Expert capability in managing details to ensure quality and compliance adherence.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow through on escalations.
