This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

• Support drivers with emergency roadside assistance.

• Help drivers find appropriate repair facilities.

• Provide precise documentation for all maintenance and repair activities.

• Confirm that repair and maintenance services are necessary and reasonably priced.

• Review and approve repairs for fleet vehicles when needed.

• Record instances where cost savings are achieved.

• Ensure adherence to the designated preventative maintenance schedule.

• Maintain monthly performance metrics at or above set objectives.

• Accurately complete transactions while delivering exceptional service quality.

• Execute all other responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Typing speed of 20-25 words per minute.

• 10 to 15 years of experience in automotive or truck repair.

• ASE Certification in 3-7 car or 3-6 truck repair categories.

• Vocational or technical education is preferred.
