Call Center Representative – Recovery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and emails from clients of a leading telecommunications provider

• Inform and educate callers regarding debt and credit reporting information, taking necessary actions and documenting accounts as appropriate

• Provide solutions and handle each case with exceptional care

• Teach consumers about their rights regarding consumer protection and best practices

• Foster positive public relations

• Follow company guidelines for attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break protocols

• Maintain focus and concentration to achieve performance objectives

• Adapt positively to a dynamic and evolving environment

• Manage stress effectively while striving to meet deadlines and performance targets

• Cultivate strong working relationships with designated supervisors and colleagues

• Adhere to applicable FDCPA, state, and municipal laws and regulations, as well as collection excellence and system training programs, including the FDCPA Test

• Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• Outstanding attendance record

• Proficient with computers/technology and capable of efficiently managing multiple windows and tabs

• Ability to stay focused on phone interactions throughout your entire shift without distractions

• Prior experience in Call Center or Collections is preferred

• A minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience is required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Capability to apply basic mathematical concepts

• Must provide two computer monitors along with the necessary cables to connect to the InteLogix computer

• High-speed internet with an ethernet connection to the router (no satellite, wireless, or hotspot), with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed

• WiFi must be disabled at all times

• A private and distraction-free workspace at home with the ability to close a door
