This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Address inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries through phone and various communication channels.
β’ Resolve customer issues related to services, billing, claims, and account details.
β’ Investigate problems, determine suitable solutions, and ensure proper follow-up as required.
β’ Forward complex or unresolved matters to the relevant department.
β’ Keep comprehensive and precise records of customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
β’ Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality benchmarks.
β’ Achieve set productivity, service, and performance goals.
β’ Assist in a high-volume contact center during a crucial enrollment phase.
β’ High school diploma or GED is preferred.
β’ 0-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field.
β’ Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
β’ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
β’ Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
β’ Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, data entry systems, and other computer applications.
β’ Capacity to accurately document customer interactions and uphold confidentiality.
β’ Prior experience in a call center, healthcare customer service, or contact center is preferred.
β’ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities are preferred.
β’ Ability to navigate multiple systems while ensuring a positive customer experience is preferred.
β’ Camera participation is required during training.
β’ Availability to work within operating hours from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week.
β’ Rotating evening and weekend shifts may be necessary.
β’ Approximately 7 weeks of paid virtual training.
