Asesor Call Center Prepago

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to customers from other service providers to transition them to Movistar Prepago.

• Serve the Mexican public from the comfort of your home.

• Perform duties as a teleoperator for prepaid chip portability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• No prior experience necessary.

• Must have a laptop or computer for remote management.

• Intel Core i3 processor or newer, from the 6th generation onward; Ryzen 3 or AMD8 or later.

• 8 GB of RAM.

• Windows 10 or 11 operating system.

• Solid-state drive.

• Wired internet connection with a speed of 50 Mbps or higher.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

• Fixed day off on Sundays.
