Asesor Call Center Movistar Prepago

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contact customers from other operators via phone.

• Manage the portability process to Movistar Prepago.

• Serve the Mexican public from home for all of Peru.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education required.

• A laptop or computer is necessary for remote management.

• Intel Core i3 processor or higher, starting from the 6th generation; Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD 8 or higher.

• 8 GB RAM.

• Windows 10 or 11.

• Solid state drive.

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps or more.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM.

• No professional experience required.
