Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Entel Chile clients.

• Assist customers in resolving issues related to their mobile devices.

• Recognize and capitalize on opportunities to promote additional products or services through cross-selling.

• Enhance sales skills and boost earnings through commission-based incentives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of high school education.

• Professional experience of less than 1 year.

• Willingness to work Monday through Friday.

• Availability to work between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

• Commitment to 9 hours of active work with a 1-hour break.
