Call Center Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers and potential clients through telephone communication, which includes making outbound calls and managing incoming inquiries to promote preview package sales and tours.

• Provide detailed explanations of available opportunities and respond to inquiries.

• Ensure that individuals meet the necessary eligibility criteria prior to scheduling tours for a HVC property.

• Motivate guests or callers to purchase or arrange preview package sales and tours.

• Clarify the details and prerequisites involved in attending a sales presentation.

• Assess accommodation and date availability, including sourcing alternative dates or options.

• Maintain professional and prompt interactions with both colleagues and guests.

• Contribute positively towards achieving team objectives.

• Uphold the confidentiality of proprietary materials and sensitive information.

• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the Orlando, FL area.

• Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.

• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees; perform actions such as bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; and maintain a standing, sitting, or walking position for extended durations.

• Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.

• Strong skills in reading, writing, and comprehension.

• Position may necessitate background checks and drug screening in line with company policy and applicable legal standards.
