Call Center Ventas, Portabilidad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Conduct sales through a call center, utilizing voice communication for clients already interested in portability.

• Manage 48 hours per week within rotating shifts.

• Work in a fully remote environment.

• Engage in paid virtual training sessions.

• Address promotions, sales, and telecommunications services based on business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in a call center, sales, or cross-selling.

• Must have a laptop or PC.

• Wired internet from Win, Movistar, Claro, or Entel; only these four providers are accepted.

• Operating system Windows 10 Pro or 11 Pro.

• Processor must be Core i3 or higher, Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD A8 or higher.

• At least 8 GB of RAM is required.

• Availability from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. for weekly rotating shifts.

• Secondary education is required.
