Call Center Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Support customers with their reservations and account-related inquiries

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service

• Efficiently navigate various systems while assisting callers

• Address questions promptly and accurately

• Provide answers to customer inquiries and guide them through the booking process

• Assist in resolving reservation and account issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Proficient in using computers and adapting to new software

• Friendly, professional demeanor, and reliable

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service

• Experience in a call center is a plus

• Residency in Michigan is required

• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays during the contract duration

• Full attendance is required for orientation and training

• Must be available to work maximum scheduled hours during July and the first week of August

• Ability to work part-time, between 15 to 30 hours per week
