Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Arrange appointments for potential blood donors through outreach calls.

• Reach out to current or past blood donors to boost donation rates and donor participation at local offices or blood drives.

• Manage reminder communications and follow-up tasks.

• Document information and keep accurate records.

• Adhere to established processes and scripts to provide a uniform donor experience.

• Engage positively and proactively with both internal and external clients in a customer-centric manner.

• Exhibit empathy and compassion consistently.

• A high school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory.

• At least one year of experience in telephone communications and customer service or telemarketing is essential.

• Proficiency in computer usage is required.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities are necessary.

• Effective verbal communication skills are a must.

• Capability to handle challenging customer interactions.

• Comfort in a fast-paced working environment is important.

• Availability to work specified schedules, which may include evenings and weekends.

• It is recommended to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox when accessing Candidate Home.
