Call Center Outreach Specialist – Initial Contact Person

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Reach out to prospective guests to inform them about gifts and complimentary vacations associated with their selected entry forms.

• Engage potential clients by addressing and overcoming their objections.

• Facilitate three-way calls to connect all necessary parties.

• Transfer qualified leads to coordinators to complete arrangements.

• Collaborate with the telemarketing team and Assistant Manager to achieve outreach objectives.

• Accurately document results in internal systems.

• Support the changing needs of the department through assigned responsibilities.

• Manage the lead pipeline from initial contact and messaging to scheduling follow-up calls in the evening.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, or holidays when necessary.

• Prior experience in a call center within a similar high-volume setting is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in building rapport and effectively presenting information to a diverse range of customers.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new technical platforms or learning systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction via telephone and in person.
