Call Center Outreach Specialist – Initial Contact Person

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Reach out to prospective guests to notify them about gifts and complimentary vacations associated with their chosen entry forms.

• Engage potential clients by addressing and overcoming their objections.

• Facilitate three-way calls to connect with all necessary parties.

• Transfer qualified leads to coordinators for finalizing arrangements.

• Collaborate with the telemarketing team and Assistant Manager to achieve outreach objectives.

• Accurately document results within internal systems.

• Assist in meeting the evolving needs of the department through assigned responsibilities.

• Organize extensive outreach data and implement a regular, high-frequency call-back schedule.

• Take responsibility for the lead pipeline, from initial contact and messaging to scheduling nightly call-backs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays as necessary.

• Preferred previous experience in a call center within a similar high-volume setting.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and effectively present information to a diverse customer base.

• Capability to quickly adapt to technical platforms or new learning systems.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with others via telephone and in person.
