Call Center Outreach Specialist – Initial Contact Person

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Reach out to prospective guests to inform them about gifts and complimentary vacations associated with their chosen entry forms

• Engage with potential customers and address any objections

• Coordinate three-way calls to connect all necessary parties

• Transition qualified leads to coordinators for finalizing arrangements

• Collaborate with the telemarketing team and Assistant Manager to achieve outreach objectives

• Precisely track outcomes in internal systems

• Adapt to the changing needs of the department through assigned responsibilities

• Manage the lead pipeline from initial contact and messaging to scheduling nightly callbacks

• Employ proprietary software to organize outreach data and maintain a consistent, high-frequency callback schedule

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays as necessary

• Prior experience in a call center within a similar high-volume environment is preferred

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and effectively present information to a diverse customer base

• Capacity to quickly adapt to technical platforms or new learning systems

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with others via telephone and in-person contact
