Call Center Outreach Specialist – Initial Contact Person

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Reach out to prospective guests to notify them about gifts and complimentary vacations linked to their selected entry forms.

• Engage with potential customers by addressing and overcoming objections.

• Coordinate three-way calls to connect with all necessary parties.

• Transfer qualified leads to coordinators for finalizing arrangements.

• Collaborate with the telemarketing team and Assistant Manager to achieve outreach objectives.

• Precisely track outcomes in internal systems.

• Assist with evolving departmental requirements through assigned tasks.

• Manage the lead pipeline from initial contact and messaging to scheduling nightly call-backs.

• Use proprietary software to organize outreach data and maintain a consistent, high-frequency call-back schedule.

• Availability to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

• Prior experience in a call center environment within a similar high-volume setting is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and convey information effectively to a diverse range of customers.

• Capability to quickly adapt to technical platforms or new learning systems.

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with others via telephone and in-person contact.
