Call Center Outreach Specialist, Initial Contact

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Reach out to prospective guests to notify them about gifts and complimentary vacations associated with their chosen entry forms.

• Interact with potential customers and address any objections they may have.

• Coordinate three-way calls to connect all necessary parties.

• Transfer qualified leads to coordinators to finalize arrangements.

• Collaborate with the telemarketing team and Assistant Manager to achieve outreach objectives.

• Precisely track results within internal systems.

• Assist with the changing needs of the department through assigned responsibilities.

• Manage the lead pipeline from the initial contact and messaging through scheduling nightly callbacks.

• Use proprietary software to organize outreach data and maintain a consistent, high-frequency callback schedule.

• Willingness to work a schedule that includes evenings.

• Availability to work weekends or holidays if required.

• Previous experience in a call center environment, particularly in high-volume settings, is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and effectively present information to a diverse range of customers.

• Quick adaptability to technical platforms or new learning systems.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with others via telephone and in-person contact.
