This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Collect payments for assigned overdue accounts
• Review documentation related to accounts
• Communicate with customers/clients via phone and/or written correspondence
• Set up repayment plans
• Reduce potential losses to the organization
• Complete a four-week training program starting on November 2, 2026
• Work designated night shifts and adhere to Central Time schedules
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service
• Solid understanding of loan collection policies, fair debt collection practices, and applicable laws
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Capability to identify and resolve discrepancies, as well as organize and interpret information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow the specified Central Time training and shift schedules
• Willingness to adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, along with relevant workplace conduct and safety guidelines
