Call Center Collector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Collect payments for designated delinquent accounts.

• Review account documentation thoroughly.

• Engage with customers/clients through telephone and/or written communication.

• Establish repayment plans to reduce organizational losses.

• Participate in a four-week training program starting November 2, 2026, Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm Central Time.

• Work two evening shifts from 12pm to 9pm, Monday to Saturday, and from 7am to 4pm Central Time.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service roles.

• Strong understanding of loan collection policies and procedures, fair debt collection practices, and applicable laws.

• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.

• Ability to recognize and address exceptions while organizing and interpreting information.

• Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct along with workplace conduct and safety regulations.

• Applicants must be able to complete relevant employment eligibility verification and background checks.
