Call Center Agent – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide first-level inbound support for current customers.

• Deliver technical assistance for issues related to TV, telephone, and internet services.

• Offer product recommendations and optimize contracts based on customer needs.

• Engage in sales during every customer interaction.

• Collaborate as part of the Vodafone team at Zeitwert.

• Complete three weeks of paid onboarding with a permanent early-shift schedule.

• Subsequently, work within a two-shift system from Monday to Sunday, available between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

• Work every other weekend, with corresponding time off during the week.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of one year of experience in a call center, preferably in technical services within the telecommunications sector.

• At least one year of sales experience.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets.

• Availability to reliably cover the designated working hours.

• No secondary employment commitments.

• Excellent German language proficiency at C1 level.

• Must be a resident of Germany.
