Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to Claro customers to facilitate the renewal of their mobile devices.

• Provide enhanced benefits during the renewal process.

• Offer additional lines.

• Present mobile protection insurance.

• Provide customer support and manage commercial activities during the call.

• Work from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off.

• Full-time schedule of 8 hours or semi-full time of 6 hours, based on available hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Have a minimum of 3 months of Call Center experience.

• Sales experience will be considered an advantage.

• Own a personal PC or laptop.

• Must have Windows 10 or higher.

• At least 8 GB of RAM is required.

• Wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.

• Headphones/headset with USB input.

• Must have a suitable workspace for remote work.

• Good communication skills, confidence, and eloquence.

• Availability to work during the specified hours.

• Secondary education is required.
