California Certified Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Select positions via the educator portal that align with your certification.

• Instruct using the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform.

• Create lesson plans that are in harmony with the class curriculum.

• Encourage creativity and enthusiasm within the virtual learning setting.

• Engage and support student learning through intentional, relationship-centered strategies.

• Monitor student grades and academic performance.

• Participate in district professional development sessions and staff meetings.

• Collaborate with the in-class facilitator who is present with students.

• Provide virtual instruction and assist students in completing their courses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid California Teacher Certification is mandatory.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must possess an active, state-issued teaching certification from the USA.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator is required.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is necessary.

• Must have a laptop or desktop computer, along with a webcam, headset, and dependable internet access.

• Participate in a virtual teaching demonstration as part of the application process.

• A background check must be submitted as part of the application process.

• Previous experience in online teaching is advantageous.
