CAD Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in the training and assessment of AI agents operating within a genuine CAD environment on extended engineering assignments.

• Create part geometries.

• Develop reference solutions.

• Evaluate the attempts made by the AI agents.

• Collaborate with CFD engineers who simulate the geometries you create.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of practical experience in CAD modeling (using tools such as CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or equivalent).

• Experience in preparing geometry for simulation (such as ANSYS or similar) is highly advantageous.

• Possession of an active professional CAD license (mandatory).

• Proficient in Python and GitHub.

• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

• The role is estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases.
